Gowtham M cf5f907cd5 ShellPkg: Deprecate EFI_UNICODE_COLLATION_PROTOCOL_GUID 
As EFI_UNICODE_COLLATION_PROTOCOL_GUID is being deprecated.
Remove the instances used in ShellPkg.
