Star Zeng e305e4d354 MdeModulePkg: Replace UnicodeStrToAsciiStr/AsciiStrToUnicodeStr 
It is the follow up of 3ab41b7a32
to replace UnicodeStrToAsciiStr/AsciiStrToUnicodeStr with
UnicodeStrToAsciiStrS/AsciiStrToUnicodeStrS.

(We integrate the change for FrontPageCustomizedUiSupport.c in commit
b68ccac17c on master to FrontPage.c on
UDK2015 branch)
(We integrate the change for BmBootDescription.c in commit
b68ccac17c on master to BmBoot.c on UDK2015
branch)
