Leif Lindholm 8aad683e59 ArmVirtPkg,DynamicTablesPkg,EmbeddedPkg,OvmfPkg: use MdePkg BaseFdtLib 
Migrate these packages to use the up-to-date BaseFdtLib instead
of the EmbeddedPkg relic that is going away.
