compiler.h: disable __STRICT_ANSI__ for djgpp
Undefine __STRICT_ANSI__ for djgpp; it removes the prototypes for non-ANSI functions which is not at all what this symbol is intended for. Signed-off-by: H. Peter Anvin <hpa@linux.intel.com>
