kk5vd e94357a350 Initial FLAMPS code base 
* Compiles with MXE under Cygwin (Windows 11)
   * Compiles on MacOSX 10.15 native
   * Added temporary files used in the development. Will be
     removed upon release.

FLAMPS is a management tool for transferring files using
Amp-3.0 protocol with Server extensions

Currently in Alfa state. The server section is nonfuctional
at this stage. However, the base FLAMP features of FLAMPS 
are functional.
