* Update timing table for current 8PSK modems. Retain timing tables for
    8PSK1200, 8PSK1333, 8PSK1333F modem for previous FLDIGI releases.
  * Update Document for Auto Save in the Receive panel.
  * Correct syntax issues in FLAMP docs.
