    - ARQ Communications.
    - Save/Restore configuration data.
    - NCS Control Window tailored for NBEMS Nets.
    - Icon Art Work (Windows/Linux/MacOSX).
    - Festival Text to Speech interface/configuration window.
  * Not Completed
    - FLIDIGI/FLNET XMLRPC interface.
    - Documentation.
    - XMLPRC external library use verification.
    - Pending Beta testers feature creep.
  * Issues
    - Screen update speed when 8PSK modems used.
  * Update FSF GPL Notice in Documentation Header.
