    located in parent folder FL_APPS.
      - ../../flmsg.messages - messages folder
      - ../../flmsg.forms    - custom forms folder
    For use when NBEMS applications deployed on a removable
    thumb drive, independent of operating system.  On Windows:
      - E:\FL_APPS
      - E:\flmsg.messages
      - E:\flmsg.forms
    for example.
