635f98571c UI mod for Red Cross usage 
* Changed User Interface, UI, to default to a non-communicator
    or 'tyro' mode
  * Added configuration tab UI with check button to select
    either Expert or Tyro start up.
  * Tryo UI is minimum necessary to select custom template,
    Edit, and Exit.
    - access to the Expert panel available as Menu item.
  * Added Tyro / Expert documentation
  * Fix bug in trying to automatically update templates combo

    - uses fldigi's xmlrpc interface
    - this is NOT compatible with the flarq ARQ implementation
    - ARQ implementation does not use control codes
  * Added direct receipt of flmsg "Autosend" message transfers.
    - allows an executing flmsg to be recipient of autosend
      data stream.
  * Allow changing frame size during middle of transfer
  * Update documentation to flmsg 3.0 usage
