Richard Shaw 7e9e2e4712 FT-991A.cxx: get/set split fixes: 
- The FT-991/A does not support the FR CAT command so port to RI (Radio
  Information).
- Add 50ms delay between setting PTT and reading which was causing problems
  with WSJTX.
- NOTE: Changes have not been made to FT991.cxx yet.

README 

Flrig is a transceiver control program for Amateur Radio use.  It does
not use any 3rd party transceiver control libraries.  It is a c++ pro-
gram that encapsulates each transceiver in it's own class.  Where ever
possible the transceiver class(s) use polymorphism to reuse code that
is portable across a series of transceivers.
