EC

This enhancement, also called Cool season precipitation uses a look-up table to highlight specific cloud top temperatures where there is the highest likelyhood of the strongest precipitations, usually snow, to be occurring.

Meteorology (precipitation analysis).

Limitations

Unsuitable for warm climates.
