9d65424d8c lookup(): fix undefined result of address_length 
When getaddrinfo() failed, the result of address_length is undefined.
Original (IPv4) code returns INADDR_NONE, IPv6 capable code should
do same behavior.

67463ae69e Use system default compiler. 
OpenBSD-6.5/amd64's gcc is old (4.2.1) so we have to use clang-7.0.1.
At least there is no difference under Linux.
