Andy Taylor 8e2935dd34 pistar-modemupgrade: auto-detect non-interactive mode via [ -t 0 ] 
NP=1 env-var was the existing opt-in for non-interactive mode,
but the dashboard's modem-flash page can't set it: the path-
scoped sudoers at /etc/sudoers.d/pistar-dashboard has no SETENV:
tag on PISTAR_DASH_SCRIPTS and no Defaults env_keep += "NP", so
`sudo NP=1 pistar-modemupgrade …` was rejected outright with
"sorry, you are not allowed to set the following environment
variables: NP". The dashboard's flash page silently hung
forever as a result.

Auto-detect now: when stdin is not a TTY we set NP=1 implicitly
(can't be a human at the prompt anyway). Backwards-compatible:
explicit `NP=1 sudo ./pistar-modemupgrade …` still works, and
interactive shell callers continue to get the y/n prompt.

Pairs with the corresponding dashboard PHP fix that drops the
`NP=1 ` prefix from admin/expert/modem_fw_upgrade.php's sudo
invocation.
